Book your reservations directly with The Embarcadero Inn and be assured you’ve got the lowest available rate. And in addition to the best price, know you have received the most accurate and up-to-date information about the hotel, your room and the amenities and services available during your stay. We guarantee we care about your experience at The Embarcadero Inn more than anyone, so make the right choice and book directly with us.
If you find a better rate for our Hotel on any online travel site within 3 days of booking your reservation (and prior to arrival), call us and ask for the General Manager or the Manager on Duty.
If it is determined that you have found a better rate for our Hotel, we will not only match it, we will offer you your choice of one of the following:
- A complimentary guestroom upgrade (based on availability).
- An additional 10% discount off your room rate.
Rate guarantee does not apply to the following:
- Rates are not available to public, wholesale, negotiated, corporate, and group rates.
- Rates that are already discounted, including AAA, AARP, State or Federal per diem rates. · Package rates that include amenities and package extra night stay rates.
- Extended stay rates.
- Bidding website rates (including Priceline.com and Hotwire.com)
- Undisclosed hotel rates.
- Gift certificate and pre-paid rates.
Rate comparisons will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or other fees. The comparison rate must still be available at the time of verification. Rate differences caused due to currency exchange are excluded from the guarantee. Void where prohibited by law. The Embarcadero Inn reserves the right to modify or cancel the rate guarantee at any time without prior notice.
